
I’m a 51 year-old man who started my fitness journey 25 years ago during one of the darkest periods of my life.
Back then, I was using all the wrong coping mechanisms—drugs, drinking, and self-destructive habits—to get through the pain. I hit rock bottom, pushed away loved ones, and struggled with depression and anxiety. But fitness became my lifeline. It was the catalyst that pulled me out of that dark place.
As I transformed physically, I realized that fitness is much more than just muscle or weight loss—it’s a powerful tool for mental resilience, discipline, and character. I vowed to dedicate my life to helping others discover that same strength within themselves.
I’m a certified trainer, nutritionist, and bodybuilding specialist through ISSA, and I’ve been coaching for over 10 years. In that time, I’ve helped over 100 clients not just reach their goals, but develop the grit and resilience needed to thrive in every area of life.
What sets my coaching apart is my belief that how you approach fitness reflects how you approach life. I focus on building mental toughness alongside physical strength—fostering a mindset of resilience, integrity, and grit.
